Hatuey Rodriguez is a producer and filmmaker based in Los Angeles, CA. An alumnus of the USC School of Cinematic Arts, his work has screened at festivals throughout North America. 

 

His most notable producer credits include the independent web series “Viral”, an Official Selection at the 2021 Tribeca Film Festival, “The Collector”, a post-apocalyptic sci-fi which currently enjoys distribution on Dust where it has earned over 200,000 views, and the absurdist comedy “Anthony’s”, an Official Selection at the 2023 Palm Springs International Shorts Fest.

 

His most recent produced credits include “Jack & Lou: A Gangster Love Story”, a 1920s feature film produced for the USC School of Cinematic Arts which is currently being optioned for distributors as it prepares for the festival circuit, and “A Thousand Years”, a short film funded by the Alfred P. Sloan foundation that follows the Wright Brothers in their quest to achieve flight. In addition to developing a slate of feature, episodic, and short projects, Rodriguez also works in Commercials and Branded Content for various clients.
